Overview
Assurant provides insurance claim verification services for many loan providers. I was hired to help improve their white label insurance claim check process management solution and streamline the overall product architecture to make the business process easier to understand for customers on a self-service journey and support additional 3rd party integrations.
As part of my process I mapped out the current process and then presented a revised flow solution in a Do/Go map that created a more modular approach to enable future enhancements and customization based on customer needs and a design that worked equally effectively on both the web and mobile platforms.
